Shipping

Insured shipping via the DHL parcel service. Delivery takes place after receipt of payment. We will send a shipping confirmation by email, including a link to track your shipment. For shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of €15.00.

• Within Germany: Flat rate of €4.90 per order.
  • Free shipping for orders over €50.
• Within the EU: Flat rate of €11.90 per order.
• To Switzerland: Flat rate of €26.90 per order. (Any additional customs clearance costs are borne by the recipient.)

Paid goods can be collected from our store at Roggenmarkt 4, Münster.

Collection times: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

After your purchase, you will receive an email from Amazon Pay confirming the payment authorization, followed by another email confirming the order.
