If you wish to return an item, please complete the returns form included with the parcel and enclose it with the item. This will assist us to process your return swiftly.

To create your own parcel label for a free return, enter your address details and customer number, which you will find on the delivery note and invoice. You will then receive the parcel label by email. Please attach this to the parcel and take it to the nearest Post/DHL collection point.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs for returns if you pay for postage yourself.
Please be advised that while the parcel label is not mandatory for effective cancellation processing, its use simplifies the process for both you and us, enhancing efficiency.
